If you are travelling toward Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas, you will come to one of the few places left that have preserved their unique nature and beauty. On one of the sides, the azure of the sky merges with the blue waters of the sea, and on the other, the green hills of the eastern Balkan Mountain rise toward the sky. The village of Kosharitsa is situated in this enchanted place nestling between two heights called “Kabukchiata”.

Not known until recently, the village becomes more and more popular tourist destination and place for recreation and tourism. It is situated only 3-4 km away from Sunny Beach, at the foothills of the mountain, at an altitude of 120 meters above sea level.

The region has been inhibited for thousands of years, which is visible by the numerous archeological finds from the Thracian period that have been found there. The old name of Kosharitsa is Kashla-dere. It can be traced back to the manuscripts from the Russian-Turkish Liberation War.
The village of Kosharitsa itself, where the holiday village is situated, is a lovely small village at the foot of the Balkan Mountain that has preserved its nature and the atmosphere of a typical Bulgarian village. It has beautiful nature, mild climate /soft winter and cool summer/, picturesque surroundings. The hilly relief of the village allows the practice of different kinds of tourism – cognitive, rural, climbing, horse riding, fishing, hunting, and herb gathering. The means of living of the local population are mainly stockbreeding and tourism, which gives many opportunities for getting to know the way of life and the traditional crafts of the people.

The unique combination of mountain and sea, the Mediterranean climate, the proximity of some of the biggest Bulgarian resorts and historical places, establish Kosharitsa as one of the most attractive and fast developing new holiday villages and preferred places for recreation.

There is a verandah in front of every house that has a pergola with a winding vineyard. There is also an outside fireplace on each verandah, around which the tourists can rest and enjoy the nice view of the mountain.
